    Pros

    The company and the mission it stands for is awesome. The dedication to people with disabilities is second to none

    Cons

    The downside is some of management could be trained better to make decisions and learn to motivate your team. This is the HS/EHS program

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your team and help motivate them, so they can know they are appreciated and valued.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Easterseals.

    Interview

    In person meeting with two administrators. Then follow up interview on site. Interview was direction questioning regarding my experience, strengths and qualifications. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. One of the administrators was frequently checking her watch during the interview.
