    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Easton Hospital (Easton, PA) in October 2016.

    Interview

Contacted directly by floor manager for interview. No interview with HR.

Had a nurse to nurse interview before my scheduled interview with floor manager.

Manager listens to the opinion of the interviewing nurse in order to make a decision.

Manage mainly told me about the floor I would be working on, did not ask many questions.

    Negotiation

No negotiations. This is a union hospital.
