I have been working at EatStreet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great work/life balance, awesome benefits, puppy friendly office

    Cons

HQ is located 2 blocks from the WI State Capitol which can make for heavy traffic if you are commuting. They offer employer subsidized parking options which make commuting more doable.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EatStreet (Madison, WI).

    Interview

After applying, I was sent a 45 minute coding challenge which I had correctly completed. It's been 3 weeks since submitting my challenge results and I still haven't received a reply. I followed up twice and still did not get any replies.

It's unreasonable to expect candidates to spend 45 minutes on a coding challenge, submit working code, and not receive a 30 second response saying they are not interested.

    Interview Questions

    • Given a string from STDIN, determine if it's a pangram, not a pangram, or multiple pangrams where a multiple panagram must have exactly N instances of each character in the alphabet.   4 Answers
