Pros

I’ve been at Echo nearly nine years, and have worked exclusively on the client sales and operations side of the business. During that tenure, I continue to be impressed by the companies drive to grow

Cons

Cons are pretty straight forward. While top sales reps make very high compensation, not every sales rep is successful and there are always going to be disgruntled sales reps who feel they worked hard

Keep it up.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Echo Global Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2019

    Interview

First, a phone screen by the inhouse recruiter, then followed by another phone screening by the hiring manager. None were technical. The third round was an inhouse interviewed by multiple groups of people. There were developers asking problem solving questions, managers asking behavioral quesions.
    Interview

Given 2 jugs, one is 3 quarts and the other is 5 quarts. Find a way to end up with 4 quarts of water.
