Pros
Since day one, I've worked with a fantastic recruiter, Patrick. He's helped me through my CF and first couple of years as an SLP. He's gotten me placements and opporutinites I've wanted. EdTheoryCons
I do wish there were more free or group continuing education opportunities. They do give a stipend though that you can use towards your own PD.I applied online. I interviewed at EdTheory (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I was mostly asked about my availability to supervise. There weren't many questions about my clinical experience or supervisory abilities in general. I asked if I could choose a radius in which to work, and they said that they could do that for me. After the interview, I was sent training materials and a W-2 form. I watched a training video for RPE supervisors that was sent to me.There were no interview questions other than "How many RPEs can you supervise at this time?"
