    Pros

Could teach from home, prepared lesson plans, paid on time.

    Cons

Horrible pay and laid off entire online English teaching staff with very little advanced notice.

    Advice to Management

Treat your online English teachers better--especially since they're the backbone of your company!

    Interview

First I submitted my resume and then a phone interview was set up. The interview questions were fairly easy and the phone interview was fairly relaxed. After the interview and background check, I was offered a position. The longest part of the process was waiting for the company to mail me the paperwork I needed to fill out.
