    Application

The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Education Inc..

    Interview

Ridiculously in-depth. Before everything starts you have to fill out an online application form that asks you for pretty much any and all non-relevant information about yourself (who remembers their high school GPA?) You then go through a 30 min phone interview answering the exact same questions as the ones on the application. This gets followed by a 90- 120 minute interview where you answer thesame questions for the third time. After all of this you get asked to attend a demo day so you can observe the day to day operations. While the order of events is logical the repetitivness of the questions is annoying.
