A growing Company with excellent benefits. No shareholders, so all profits are reinvested or shared with staff. There are plenty of opportunities to really make a difference.
As per one of the previous reviews, there were a few people who took advantage of the culture and didn't perhaps contribute as much as they should. Obviously being a smaller Company there are less opportunities to move positions.
Advice to Management
Perhaps the Exec could delegate some responsibility to enable quicker decision making.
