It's not what it seems but some goood customers, great opportunities for juniors and managers
Really disappointing quality of management and executive team. Seem to not not understand the industries or customers, redundancies used to balance the books multiple times without other real plans. Now hiring again, seems so aimless.
Advice to Management
Put customers first
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Eduserv (Bath, England (UK)).
Face to face interview with two managers. Stiffly read out predictable questions from a sheet.
I found one of the interviewers very patronising, began to wonder why they had even bothered to invite me to interview.
Revealed there was lots of travel involved which was something I was unaware of beforehand and that I would be working as part of a very small team, again which I was unaware of. (Note this may have been recruiter withholding details not Eduserv).
