Privately owned company that truly cares about its employees. Lower management does a great job of interacting with and listening to employees' concerns and accommodating.
Small company that can somewhat be stuck in their ways. Upper management can have communication issues. Promotions require a generally require a downgrade in pay moving from an hourly basis with overtime to salary.
Advice to Management
Continue innovating and trying to modernise. Listen better to employees while remembering your place as their leaders
