    Incredible training. Supportive network of advisors. You are given every opportunity to succeed with all the right tools. I was never turned away from another advisor when I needed help.


    Perhaps more emphasis on sales training, and more exposure to the appointment process. Aside from that, I have nothing bad to say about the company. It is just a difficult industry to work in.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing! Just make sure your new hires are given the opportunity to see first and second appointments, and not just annual review appointments. Maybe provide some additional sales training as well.
