I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Efinancial (Chicago, IL) in February 2013.
It was a 3 part interview process. The first part was standard phone interview in which you would soon know if you made it to the in person sections. The 2nd part you met the recruiter you spoke with on the phone and then 2 Floor Managers totaling about 1 hour at most. If you made it to the 3rd part you met with any Floor Managers that you haven't met with as well as the Director of Sales. Within a week you would know if you were hired or not.
