Located in East Bay (not many fun activities around)I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eikon Therapeutics (United States)
Interview
The whole interview experience was bizzare. Recruiting team set up two phone calls but never called on the set times. They did call at unscheduled times and then chose to discuss and focus on logistical issues like commute and parking, instead of telling more about the role and how it contributes to the mission of the company. More importantly, they were not really interested in the candidate's scientific training and motivation for the role; neither did they facilitate a brief discussion with atleast the hiring scientist or any of their scientific team who'd probably be in a better place to assess the candidate's interest.Where do you live ? How would you commute ?
