I have been working at Eileen Fisher full-time (More than 5 years)
I actually don't want to list all the amazing things about this company, selfishly. If I did, there would be too much competition! :-) Literally, the best company I have ever worked for.
Sometimes marketing doesn't feel like it supports the stores as much as it could, but those are just issues that come with significant growth and change.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing. We store leaders really appreciate everything.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Eileen Fisher (Irvington, NY).
Interviewing at EF can be a long process. I had one phone interview with two managers. After that phone interview, I had an in-person interview with all the managers that lasted about 1/2 the day. The next day I had an interview with the HR representative I was working with at the NYC office location. They gave me very positive feedback and I felt I had gotten the job, but I waited about a month (or more) to hear back before they contacted me again with an offer.
