I worked at Eileen Fisher (More than a year)
The company is amazing to work for. The company takes a great interest in each and every employee and their contributions. There is room to move up and great benefits.
I can't think of any
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eileen Fisher.
The interview process was lengthy and offered a good opportunity to learn about the company and corporate culture. In general, the interviews felt more like conversations and opportunities to get to know each other. The most unpleasant part of the process was a surprise group interview that I later learned was not supposed to be a surprise but due to poor communication, candidates were not informed. I was actively pursued until the final round and then never heard from the company again despite a friendly follow up. While I still admire the company a great deal, I got the impression that the company does not have very strong processes in place.
