What are perks and other benefits like at EisnerAmper?
...Long hours, pretty poor benefits, especially abysmal 401K match, work from home flexibility is a joke if you're below manager level, no one is in the office the most important times of the year, poor IT equipment (laptop, screens, software, etc), underpaid in comparison to industry, and sometimes impossible to get ahold of resources needed to complete your job....
