I have been working at Elavon part-time (More than a year)
Good place to work if you like the office/cubicle environment. Once you are in a position for 12 months you can post out to other positions within the company without repercussion allowing you to find the right fit for you. If you do a good job you are rewarded with credits that are good at in an online catalog that has items from high-end jewelry down kitchen utensils.
Each department seems to be ran like its own little company. This means bonuses and earned time and the like can be very different from department to department even though there are a company wide basic set of guidelines.
Advice to Management
Make departments more consistent with earned time bonuses and such. This would keep team members from jumping ship in areas that have the least desirable perks.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elavon (Knoxville, TN) in January 2017.
I applied online and received a call from an HR recruiter a few weeks later. She explained the job, asked me what previous work experience I had relevant to the position, and then set up an in-person interview with the department I was applying for. The interview was pretty quick and the questions were standard. Two weeks later (one week more than they estimated) they emailed me.
