I worked at Electronic Security Concepts full-time (Less than a year)
Company is ever expanding and growing. There is always work to do and you will be given ample opportunity to do so. I had a lot of fun working here and they have great benefits. The office employees work very well together and are always striving to succeed.
Some catty-ness amongst employees and not always given sufficient resources by Management. If you communicate a task verbally, do not expect it to get done.
Communicate everything through email or else there is no accountability. No way to manage customers and work orders. Very unorganized to their detriment. Just keep track of your work and your communication with other people and you'll be set.
Advice to Management
Invest in your company rather than have the same meeting and issues over and over again. You need CRM software to stay in business. Very enjoyed my time working here, just too far for me to commute.
