I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eleks Software (Croatia) in Oct 2022
InterviewThe interview it self went fine questions asked were relevant and I don't have any complains with that part. The part I was not really happy was the reason I got rejected. Through the whole interview I asked multiple times is the position manual or automation every time response was the position is manual. There were 0 questions on interview about automation even though I have experience with automation. One of the reasons I was rejected because they are looking for someone with more automation skills? So even though position is manual, they didn't ask me 1 question regarding automation I was rejected because of my automation skills?
They did went through my CV and asked me detailed question about every job I had I liked that partAnswer Question
