Interview
There were three interview steps, HR, Tech with Oleg, and last Higher Management. HR interview was fine, and calm with usual questions Tech interview with Oleg was not welcoming at all. He was so cold and he was just asking questions from Google and he mentioned by himself that he needs to complete all the questions from a doc file. His attitude and behaviour was offensive. I will never recommend anybody as he will be your direct manager after joining the company.InterviewWhat is your design process?
