I have been working at Elements Financial full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Elements hosts several events and many ways to get involved. There's an engagement committee focused on maintaining the close knit feel at the credit union. The committee does things like host lunches, painting classes, march madness viewing parties, Purpose Day, etc. There is a work hard play hard atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. Aside from culture, we focus on the professional growth of our employees. The professional development program (PDP) allows you to better understand the business side of Elements. This group works together to impact the organization while having additional access to senior leadership. Having this level of access didn't happen at my previous employer (publicly traded company).

    Cons

Limited social functions outside of working hours.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Elements Financial.

    Interview

Part 1: Initial Phone Interview (about 45 mins) - Very personable and professional. Asked good questions and provided space for the applicant to ask questions of their own. Clearly explained the role.

Part 2: In person interview / presentation - Interview with hiring manager and another team member. Similar positives as the phone interview. Applicant was asked to give a 15 mins presentation (intended to display his/her training and communication skills).
