Elevate is proud to call Fort Worth home to our headquarters and we also have an office in Addison, which is a suburb of Dallas. Having two main office locations within DFW provides flexibility for our employees and promotes a positive work/life balance.

While we call Texas home, we also have an office in San Diego, where our data and analytics team is located. Who wouldn’t love an office with an ocean view?+

    The leadership and management teams are second to none now. They truly care about our mission, the customers, and employees. People tend to show who they truly are in crisis and times of stress, and Covid has proven to me again how great these people are. How we are treated as employees, how transparent leadership is, how often management says thank you and expresses appreciation for our hard work and efforts, how often we are asked for our input and ideas, all are reasons I won't be voluntarily leaving this company any time soon!


    Fast paced doesn't sum it up - it's really chaotic sometimes as they are willing and flexible enough to change on a dime. That's a large part of why they've been so successful though. If you are comfortable with change and being flexible, or thrive in fast paced or "controlled chaos" you'll love it here.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up all the positive changes. New CEO - you are doing a great job! Continue to focus on the mission and holding the frequent Town Halls/Huddles.
