I have been working at Eli Lilly full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Lilly is a great place to work. People here are genuinely set on making life better not only for the people who need our medicines, but for all we touch. The people I work with are incredibly smart, focused on continuous improvement, and genuinely engaged.

    Cons

Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN means that we have to travel a bit to get to the coast or the mountains.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly.

    Interview

The interview was streamlined carefully with around 3 to 4 rounds. Basic HR round, written test (that was online/offline), Technical telephonic rounds (offsite and onsite), and face to face interview
