    Pros

You can expect a good salary while you're there, but no bonus structure in place. Seems to be a healthy company.

    Cons

Can be let go wit no explanation whatsoever and out of the blue completely.

    Advice to Management

There is a serious lack of communicetion.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Elite Foodservice Associates (Longwood, FL) in October 2014.

    Interview

You have a chance and if you do well you get the job. They let you try for a couple days. The people are nice, you must be positive and have a nice appearance. Just well groomed really.
