March 27 – Twice a year, Elite Media Communications selects less than a handful of the rising stars from its office to send to the top leader meeting in Dallas, Texas. In order to qualify for this all-inclusive meeting paid for and sponsored by Elite Media, those who are chosen must excel in a number of different areas within the office. The number one area is growth; growth from a managerial standpoint, compliance and sales just to name a few. The purpose of this meeting is to help those in attendance grow to upper management within a reasonable time, once they return to their local offices. Since our company specializes in promotion from within, the individuals facilitating the meeting as well as the guest speakers, all started form the entry level themselves early in their careers. This is huge because the speakers can relate to the most challenging issues presented by the attendees. We are proud to announce Mitch Carroll was selected to attend. Mitch is currently finishing his bachelors degree in marketing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
We are a marketing firm that specializes in marketing programs for our clients’ products and services. Today’s advertising choices are limitless and can leave you reeling and disoriented. Apps, mini ads, newspaper, TV, radio, mobile devices, the list goes on. How do you make the right decision for your business and even more importantly how do you know it will work? Many companies have chosen to leave the answers in the hands of the experts, but that still leaves you with who do you trust to be the expert. No matter the technological advances that come, we know one thing never changes, the consumer. We may have advanced to advertising through smart phones and mobile devices as opposed to the traditional forms of print and Television/Radio, but we are still aiming to reach a human consumer. While these new forms of promotion can be useful, we still feel that human interaction is key to solidifying the relationship between the business and the consumer. Although we prefer to quickly click a button and get what we want, we still yearn to be valued by the businesses we choose to support. We have never forgotten this one important key to greater recognition for the clients products or services. Our one on one approach with the potential consumer still leads to very best results and helps to create stronger loyalty from that consumer throughout the lifetime of the business relationship.
By taking advantage of our Business/Management training and opportunities for professional development, even those with limited work experience can build personal and professional skills that will last a lifetime. The future is bright and consistent at Elite Media Communications for individuals that are team players, creative thinkers and self starters who are goal and detail-oriented and have an affinity for working with people. Most openings require no experience and are considered entry level.

Our marketing campaigns can highlight your business in the most truthful and professional manner possible.
There is no better way to allow a consumer to find value in your products and services than to allow them to experience them for themselves. Our approach of human interaction helps to ensure that the consumer has the opportunity to do just that. We don’t use fancy tricks to secure their business, we involve them in the decision they are making by presenting them with the correct information and allowing them to be in control.

Elite Media Communications prides itself on hand picking the team that will oversee your marketing campaigns and making sure that they have the clients best interest at heart. When it’s all said and done and the consumer has put their faith in your business the word of mouth reviews from their personal experiences are what make the real difference in the level of success the campaign can offer. Backing up a spectacular campaign with the same level of support and customer service is key. Getting your team ready for what the consumer expects is a vital part of the equation.
At Elite Media Communications, we’re working to create a company culture of openness and innovation, as shown by our philosophy and values. As we continue to experience what can only be referred to as exponential growth, we’re adapting to function as a larger organization while still retaining the aspects of small company culture we found so appealing. We used to have weekly team nights and meet ups, something that could easily be abandoned as we’ve grown larger. We have continued to bring the entire company together at least one night a week. Luxury? Nay, more like necessity.
Through basic human interaction, we are able to greatly increase our employee’s interpersonal communicational skills. These skills are applied in all phases of our program from the basic sales to management of employees.
Our training starts first by identifying whether a candidate has the ability to manage themselves or not. For some people, this is extremely easy. For others, an insurmountable task. Either way we first evaluate a candidate based on how well they manage themselves on a daily and weekly basis.
One of the hardest forms of management in the workplace is peer management. Getting your fellow workers to want to follow you and listen to you as their peer not just their boss. This leadership by example form of management is the core of our training curriculum where every single candidate starts with the exact same job. This creates respect and understanding between management and the employees.
Once a candidate shows us that they can manage themselves, the next logical step is to see how they perform when managing a small group of people. By challenging a candidate as a leader of their peers and placing them in a position where they need to manage a small group of individuals, we can normally see a lot of strengths and weaknesses show themselves. This also allows us to see how well respected the candidate is by their fellow employees.
We look at our employees as stocks that we want to build. Our training curriculum is set up with the flexibility to conform to each individual’s needs. This is not a one size fits all training. It’s a curriculum built around the employee’s strengths and weaknesses.
After the candidate shows us that they can manage the personnel, our focus changes gears to more administrative management. Payroll, Hiring process, Client Relations, Advertising etc. We are a people business so that is a huge part of our training; however, without proper training and organizational skills we would not be able to grow our business as efficiently as we want.
I have been working at Elite Media Communications full-time (Less than a year)
management is great, they care about you and want to make sure you succeed. Work environment is clean and drama-free. Everyone is super nice. If you need help with anything, someone is always there to help you out with whatever you need. This place is all about teamwork and you are not left stranded fending for yourself.
There has not been one thing to talk about regarding cons
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Elite Media Communications.
You have 3 rounds of interviews. None really matter and Leigh will literally hire a 15 year old if they applied . Nothing but a total joke and waste of time!
