    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Elixir in March 2008.

    Interview

I first got phone interview with the VP of Engineering who is actually the engineering team leader though they have another engineering team manager. Only technical questions are asked.

Then an on-site interview was conducted - I flew to Atlanta, GA. Almost all engineers in the team interviewed me and it's a typical start-up company interview. You can imagine the back-and-forth talk between technical people.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Nearly nothing to negotiate except for the relocation compensation.
