Advice to Management
Don't have such a pollyanna attitude; seek and understand strategies for improvement with the solutions and products. Customers partner with Elia because they need pain points resolved, not exacerbated.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eliza (Danvers, MA) in December 2016.
Not much to say here, I had a phone screening with HR followed by a phone screening with the person in charge of hiring, the latter of which went nowhere. She said she'd be in touch with me after New Year's to have me come in for an in-person interview. After the call, I emailed her some sample files, and I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to get confirmation she received them. Never heard from them again. *Very* unprofessional.
