    I have been working at Elliance full-time

    Pros

    Cool Space, Cool projects, work was exactly what I was looking for. Fresh coffee, great coworkers. Pets and family friendly. Casual dress, bar's are within walking distance. Some happy hours.

    Cons

    No room for advancement, no yearly employee reviews. When someone leaves, the work load is just added to the other people instead of finding someone new. Very thrifty, no sense of pride or camaraderie. Abysmal PTO and compensation schedule. (10 days) (Once a month)

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring your friends and family and get management that actually cares about their employees well being. Have a yearly review and give raises without us having to ask. Don't let go of your superstars to save a few bucks.
