I applied online. I interviewed at Elliott Counseling Group (United States)

Met with George first am he was absolutely wonderful. The rapport was natural and he showed his strengths as a clinician. Then met with Sandra who I immediately got a bad vibe from. She was cold and it didn't reflect well on work environment. I also had to do initial intake role play and those never feel genuine to me. I know I didn't do well and it didn't showcase my skill as a clinician. Some of it was because of how she presented, but some of it was because I stink at role plays in general. If I wanted to be an actress, I would have chosen that as a career path. They quoted me a salary (one that they said was in the higher range for an entry level clinician) and it was laughable. It was not what I was worth and I knew better.

What are your strengths as a therapist?
