Advice to Management
Listen to your employees. They're on the front lines and know the market best.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Elliott Management (New York, NY) in March 2017.
On-site interview. Small snippets of C# .NET on paper which you have to solve. After that a test project where you have to create basically two solution. A multi tabular WPF application and a WebApi which reads from some .csv instead of a database. The WPF application essentially contacts the WebApi to load it's data into the grids.
The amount of time that you are given for creating an enterprise level WPF application and a WebApi following design patterns, structure etc on a small laptop is not enough.
