-Tight-knit team and culture
-Industry leading product that is solving a HUGE problem that is only becoming more prevalent
-Great traction with customers despite a lack of sales/marketing (until now)
-Strong leadership with clear vision and transparency, from the top down
-Flexible work hours, good perks and PTOCons
Nothing significant. The company is at a unique stage where all hands need to be on deck and execution is required. If you clock in at 9 and want to leave at 5, this might not be the best fit.
Advice to Management
Continue to drive a unified vision and get feedback from your employees and more importantly, your clients. They are your most important asset.
