Advice to Management
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EmPowerHR (Milwaukee, WI) in February 2013.
The interview process is very solid, as review of cultural fit is the first quality that is reviewed for any position. The process will include several people from the organization and the EmpowerHR team works hard to be sure there are not any open questions before the close of the interview.
