I have been working at Embarcadero Technologies full-time (Less than a year)
The recent changes were a long time in the making and have already opened up new doors. Products are reaching new heights. Exciting future.
Work/life balance is not ideal. There is little time for physical fitness, and the offices do not have a gym. Physical wellbeing is a problem that needs to be solved. The amount of product expansion can be overwhelming.
Advice to Management
Hire more people. Provide employees with some type of release during the week. Healthy/happy employees work motivated and efficiently. Think outside the box when it comes to "rat race" related paradigms.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Embarcadero Technologies (Austin, TX).
I found the job through a recruiter. I was asked a number of general questions about my background and waited for over a week to interview with the hiring manager. Has a phone interview and then met with the hiring manager. The interview questions were more involved in the final stage and I was asked to make a short sales presentation.
