I worked at Emdea as an intern (Less than a year)
I learned much about the process of building a BP
I had the chance to collaborate with a start up developing an app
very flexible timewise as long as you deliver on time
Very friendly collaborative informal environment
Chanche to meet a lot of students and start ups
I had the chance to work only on one project that I didn't like
the office is small and there is not enough space
Advice to Management
scale, get new clients on different industries
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Emdea (Rome (Italy)) in April 2013.
the selection process is structured by a first step submitting the cv at the person in charge, that evaluate if the listed skills can match the needs of the company for a project they are working on.
the second step is the interview where you are asked about your competences and skills.
