Recent merger with Envision, solidifying Michigan location for EPMG without competition from EMCARE. Largest EM physician group now in Michigan.
Still heavily physician based and at times fail to recognize and compensate the hard working APPs that they employ.
Advice to Management
Pay the APPs what they are worth to the company. They provide great care and make the company a great deal of money so compensate them for it. Be the market leader and not just in the market.
