I have been working at Emeritus Senior Living full-time (More than a year)
Nationwide company. Many avenues of employment, from communities or home health.
New into the Home Health world. Job is consistently changing. They are trying to figure out how to sell and how they want their employees to do it. Its the "fly by the seat of your pants" approach.
Advice to Management
Believe in your sales team. When you rollout a new approach, give it time to work before changing it again. Also be patient, relationships are built overnight.
I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Emeritus Senior Living (Orlando, FL).
Very long at first as it took 3 months. They did offer to an in house person but it did not work out with her so they can back to me. I felt it was very smooth and easy to get this position.
