Pros
Development opportunities are abundant, nice culture and people, nice open office. So overall a nice company to work and develop yourself
Cons
- No wage scales
- Not able to get a lease car in most functions
- Senior management tends to micromanage sometimes
- 24 holidays is not much
Advice to Management
See the plusses and minuses mentioned above, this covers most of it I think. Overall my feelings are positive, some improvements can be made, but this is in every company.
