    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emmaus Homes, Inc. (Saint Charles, MO) in July 2015.

There was a phone screening/pre-interview and then the in-person interview included talking with several employees in the prospective department. Itlastedabout 3 hours and was very thorough. The offices were easy to find and access. The company did a good job with my interview process. I felt like they were really looking for the right fit in the person, not just the skill set.
