How to deal with horrid bosses? I work at a rehabilitation center. I'm the only manager. I mean reports, referrals, calls, charges, hospital, data input, tech duties, scheduling (3 seperate schedules to be done. Including handwritten, electronic, and excel). Not to mention when a therapist comes in (we have 6-9 currently), I have to drop everything i am doing and assist them. On top of all my daily duties. I'm not allowed to miss work.
