Took over a month from my application date for someone to reach out to me. Went in for my interview and i waited almost 30 minutes after my scheduled time ti be seen with the director. She was nice but very distracted. Said she didn’t like the questions on her sheet and started asking her own. She didn’t feel very focused or interested in getting to know me and my skills. Never got a call back or even a “No thank you”.InterviewDo I have a family. How is this relevant to the job I would be doing?
