I worked at Employment Enterprises full-time (Less than a year)
I was a contract worker at Freddie Mac. Employment Enterprises did a great job selling me as a candidate and negotiating the pay i was hoping to receive. The recruiters are great to work with and are very friendly. I was also surpassed by their good health care benefits.
Once my contract ended they did a good job keeping me in mind for other openings, but after a month or so they no longer seemed to have me in mind.
Advice to Management
Continue to have relationships with your employees between contracts.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Employment Enterprises (Manassas, VA) in May 2012.
The interview process was very relaxed and strightforward. My interviewer was friendly and competent and saw no need to ask probing, irrelevant, or ridiculous theoretical questions. i showed her my portfolio of work which established beyond a doubt my abilities and qualifications, so we focused mainly on my suitability for the clients' corporate culture and requirements.
