-Old fashion views sometime stand in the way of progress -Not a lot of opportunity to move vertically in the organization, but lots of room to move horizontally. -Pay could be better
Unfair hiring practices? According to the job posting, previous recruiting experience was required for the role. I have 3 years of experience and my salary range was within their target- this was verified by the agency they had the position posted with. I noticed today on LinkedIn that they hired someone with no recruiting experience, but yet I received an email stating that they were pursuing applicants more closely related to the skills they were looking for. I don't understand how a company with such a good name in the community gets away with not following their own job descriptions.
