Our Core Values
To be the Trusted Advisor:
Founded in 2002 as XMC Inc., Enaxis Consulting is the brainchild of Dhiren Shethia and Jonas Georgsson. Shethia and Georgsson merged their global management consulting backgrounds to provide a unique but simple method of counsel for clients seeking the more personalized business focus that only smaller consulting firms can provide.
Our Key Differentiators
We pride ourselves on a collaborative work environment and have strategically grown our business with only the best and brightest consultants. Here are some key points about the Enaxis team:
We offer the quality of a global firm without billing for global-size overhead. We have the ability to successfully leverage client resources by ensuring that every consultant has significant broad experience as well as expertise in specific areas. This approach provides high value to our discerning clients who recognize and appreciate the value we bring to the table. As a result, we take pride in the fact that referrals contribute significantly to our robust client base of Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
The Business Community Takes Notice
We have consistently been recognized by the business community for our fast growth and extraordinary culture.
Welcome To The Enaxis Family
It’s common for consultants at large firms to feel underutilized, or stuck in narrow or accidental specialties. This, combined with the feeling of not being able to make an impact on the firm of such a large size, can be uninspiring for some people. We know because we’ve been there.
This desire to do more, combined with a passion to excel, helped inspire us to create Enaxis as a different kind of firm… where teams succeed and individuals thrive.
Diverse in who we are, how we think
Being part of the Enaxis team means working alongside exceptional colleagues who are diverse in their backgrounds, specialties, and experience levels.
A key motivator for consultants to join our team is the chance to work alongside both industry veterans and up and coming professionals, where raw skills as well as the insights of experience are routinely traded. In the course of this collaboration and mind share, the team brings out the best in each other.
Life beyond work
We realize that there’s much more to life than work and we encourage our employees to lead well-balanced lives with activities that are important to them. At Enaxis, you will find a variety of people with interesting stories–both personally and professionally.
Our consultants also enjoy the opportunity to work with and get to know exceptional people. We hold company events throughout the year where employees can get to know each other and their families, outside of work.

I have been working at Enaxis Consulting full-time (More than 3 years)
Despite being a smaller firm compared to typical IT or management consulting firms, Enaxis conducts itself as a large, established firm through its service offerings and client portfolio. There is good opportunity for career advancement through gaining experience and developing skills on client engagements, training and company-sponsored certification courses, and firm development (business development, writing white papers, etc.). Good work-life balance and focus on working hard, but understanding that everyone has a life, friends and family outside of work.
Senior Team and performance managers can engage their teams more to help ensure their goals are being achieved and provide guidance for career advancement.
Advice to Management
Through continued growth, maintain what has made Enaxis a great place to work -- the family atmosphere.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enaxis Consulting (Houston, TX).
Recruiter trolls LinkedIn for possible candidates. Initial phone interview is scheduled with the recruiter if you're interested. Then if you have potential, a second phone interview is scheduled with a consultant. Then there is an in-person interview to complete a 90 minute case study (60 minutes to prepare your PPT, then 30 minutes to present to 2 consultants). Last interview is with one of the owners.
Offer was significantly lower than what was discussed so had to negotiate for more.
