Encore had a lengthy involved interview process. Performance management nearly forced managers to rank team members with limitations on number of people you could rate highly. At the time pay levels were generally lower than market levels. (Still, good investment in people...)

Basically it's writen test at the beginning. And if you pass, you get one round of telephone interview, one round interview of testing number skills and another round of behavior interivew
