Advice to Management
Pay more attention to the teams. Very good and motivated people, but they need more guidence
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Encyclopædia Britannica (Chicago, IL).
During initial phone screen I decided not to pursue a job with them, my mistake: I did not remember some annotations' specific names, although one of the interviewer was very kind, the other one was not a native speaker, almost impossible to understand and rude, said "you don't know anything" in a rude manner, I stopped talking to him and told the kind one "I don't like the attitude of your collegaue, I have done several projects to clients, and they are now in production for years working fine,". There was no need to spend more time, we thanked each other (with the kind one, manager) and ended the conversation.
