I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Endava (New York, NY) in May 2018.
A junior internal recruiter sees your LinkedIn profile. They reach out. You respond that you'd welcome contact about the opportunity, and you get a first call. If it goes well, you'll set a meeting with the hiring manager, who oversees up to 13 salespeople across the U.S. He is so busy, he apparently can't keep the calls his recruiter sets. After I followed up, there was no response and no further contact has been made. They have been looking for a candidate for over two weeks, and still bringing sales candidates into the cycle. That's usually a bad sign. The recruiter may also not have a process -- the job isn't advertised and she didn't volunteer a job description, so I asked. Be prepared to manage this part of the process.
