I have been working at Endologix full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My experience thus far has been exceptional. My on boarding and training process has been detailed, well planned and very informative. I've also received flexibility in my schedule. The company has been fully supportive of my continued education while employed. The HR team is fantastic. They are detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable and always willing and able to assist. I truly feel a family-like atmosphere throughout the organization. The CEO and President are strong business leaders who are willing to do "whatever it takes" to create a culture of innovation, inspiration and empowerment for each employee. I'm excited about the direction of the company, and I look forward to several more years of career growth with the organization.

    Cons

I have yet to experience cons. The organization is going through some exciting cultural changes and it will take time to permeate, but it's willingness too is very strong.
