I worked at Enercon Engineering full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people good product production department very good, programming engineers are some of the best I have worked with, can ramp up production very quickly

    Cons

Not enough work, need to not depend on the big jobs for work, they are not reliable, slow to pay, the best business is repeat business , upgrades and happy customers

    Advice to Management

Streamline and improve sales, expand to more and simple products, standard plc programs
