I worked at Enerflex full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Enerflex paid a good salary and had decent benefits.
The atmosphere is very laid back.
    Work life balance is good.

    Cons

I was disappointed with the lack of organization in our department.
Very little formal training, be ready to learn on the job.
They did not have many management layers so it way difficult to be promoted.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Enerflex (Houston, TX) in January 2012.

    Interview

The first interview I met with 4 of the different hiring managers with the firm independently. I was then called to come back and interview with the VP/GM who would make the final decision as to whether an offer would be made.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

I negotiated for more vacation time.
