    Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn. If you want, you'll get to work on infrastructure, web services, web apps, mobile apps, and analytics. In addition, you'll be exposed to embedded systems.
Wonderful people. Everybody works hard, maintains high standards, and delivers on projects. In addition, folks make time to get to know each other and become friends.

    Cons

It's a small place, so you'll be asked to do lots of different things. If you want to focus narrowly, then it's probably not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Push the envelop and take risks on differentiators.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EnergyHub (Brooklyn, NY).

    Interview

Pretty quick turn around—started with a phone interview and followed with a coding assignment. The phone interview was pretty standard... just went over previous projects and what some expectations were. Had the option of doing one of two assignments, both of which were reasonable. Overall it was not too bad, I just needed to brush up on my stuff a bit more!
