    Pros

    Rarely does one find a gem of a company like Engagio.

    Jon Miller and Brian Babcock are taking our company values "Excellence & Execution", "Freedom & Transparency" and "Happiness & Positivity" very serious and are building them from the ground up involving all team members. When you join Engagio, you really get to take part in shaping your workplace.

    Building a great product and team can only be done on a strong foundation of values. I love coming to work every day and not only because we're building an awesome product and making customers successful but because we build our business in a sustainable way.

    Cons

    None that I can see right now.

    Advice to Management

    Maintain your course, particularly when we're growing as rapid as we do. Doubling the size of the organization will be a test of our company values and we need to stay laser focused on maintaining this strong foundation.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Engagio (San Mateo, CA) in October 2016.

    Interview

    I had a great interview experience with Engagio. The VP of Sales was thorough in making sure that every single stakeholder that I would be working with had a chance to sit down with me. This attention to detail and alignment internally was really impressive. Ultimately, I didn't get the offer, but I got great feedback from the hiring manager and will be rooting for Engagio to win the ABE category.

    • There wasn't one question that was much harder than the rest. The challenge was managing the recruiting process like a sales cycle. With all the different stakeholders it very much felt like an enterprise sell, and at times was difficult to get a clear read.   Answer Question
