I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Engagio (San Mateo, CA) in February 2018.
The process started with a call with their VP of Sales, who is direct with a clear vision about the future of the sales team there. After getting insights on the company and giving more depth on my background, we decided to meet in person.
The second round was a 3-hour meeting at their offices with the VP of Sales and members of the sales team. Overall, I enjoyed the in-person interview, because of the focus was more of a two-way conversation than how well I can answer a list of pre-made questions.
In the end, I did not get an offer, however, the interview experience was positive, and would welcome speaking to them again for future opportunities.
