It is refreshing to work with a team that has the experience, talent and desire to win! I am constantly challenged to push myself and the broader team to think "big" and help our customers find value - early, often and continuously - in Engagio. I highly recommend Engagio if you are willing to work ridiculously hard and surround yourself with colleagues who will do the same!
This isn't a great place for "B" players - you won't last long, given the speed this company is operating. If you are looking for a place where you can "hide" in a role and not be held accountable, again Engagio probably isn't the right place for you.
Advice to Management
I would continue to invest heavily in the customer experience and make sure you continue to listen to "why" the customers value the Engagio offering. There are no shortage of ideas as to what we can build, with whom we can partner or the types of customers we can support. The hardest part will be our ability to focus and align the team around the most important aspect of our continued growth - our customer's perceived and realized value.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Engagio (San Mateo, CA) in October 2017.
The company culture and people at Engagio are friendly and professional. I was impressed by the leadership team as well as individuals I spoke to during this process. The group was on-time and the overall interview process was painless as long as you prepare good questions.
