I have been working at Engility part-time
Good Work Environment, Benefits and culture is above average. Enjoyed the professionals that I worked with and for. State of the art work.
Being Government work it always hinged on contracts in which was a direct correlation of the Congress and President as oppose to need.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Engility in September 2015.
Applied on-line after being referred by a friend (not someone who already worked for the company). Didn't hear anything for several weeks and then got a call for a phone interview. Phone interview was less than 30 minutes and I must have been the person they were looking for (or the only person qualified) because I was offered the job. No trick questions; it was almost entirely focused on education/training/technical background and past experiences.
