I have been working at Engility full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Engility is a great company to work for if you work in the customer focused areas. The solutions we provide and the opportunity to innovate and truly impact the safety and security in this create a great work environment. The current CEO, Lynn Dugle, has really turned this organization around. She truly cares for the employees and advocates for many employee benefit programs.

    Cons

Unfortunately, I work in a functional area. My opportunity to grow is limited, which is ok. But I also do not have the opportunity to stretch, even though I have tried several times.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your employees to deliver.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Engility.

    Interview

I submitted my resume through the website. I was contacted by a recruiter by email to set up an initial screening. Following the call with the recruiter, a phone interview was arranged with the Engility project team. An offer was made, but the salary was too low. The recruiter asked to submit my resume for another position. Following a phone interview with a different project team, I was offered the second position by email and accepted. The recruiter was very engaged in the process.
