I have been working at Engineered Materials Solutions full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

if you're lazy, ignorant, blind, or just plain stupid. They'll keep you as long as you show up every day and keep your mouth shut

    Cons

Dont expect any sort of recognition of a job well done. Dont expect to get paid more because you are 10 times better than every single one of your co-workers.

    Advice to Management

Try a little gratitude. It goes a long way. and how about paying people what they are worth !
